A person shall not operate any aircraft, within or fly over the United Republic of Tanzania unless the aircraft eligible for registration has been registered by its owner in accordance with these Regulations and the Authority has issued a certificate of registration for that aircraft or the aircraft is registered in a Contracting State to the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
To apply for a Certificate of Registration, please complete the following:
i. Write a letter to Director-General for acceptance to import the aircraft for registration and operation in the United Republic of Tanzania.
ii. Fill and submit form TCAA-AC-AWS001B and submit it to the Director-General.
iii. Pay the application fee as prescribed in Aeronautical Information Circular .
